Briana + Dane

What started as an inquiry turned into so much more.Not only did we have the honour of photographing Briana + Dane's wedding but through it all Mike was able to get Dane a job at his old place of work, we played beach volleyball this summer with him, and also were on the same softball team with both Briana + Dane. It has been so much fun getting to know these two on a more personal level these past few months. They are such loveable people, who adore one another (and their pooch Josie), and take time to enjoy life. I cannot say enough good things about these two.

Briana + Dane got married on the last day in June and I'm pretty sure it was the hottest day of the entire summer. They had their ceremony on a dock overlooking the Pitt River and then celebrated the night away in the South Bonson Community Centre. I loved all the little details throughout their wedding. From the random chairs at the ceremony, to painted Mason jars from her grandfather who loved to can food, to Dane's personal bucket of glass bottled Cokes, and a candy table to die for. Everything was perfection. Another highlight from their day was getting to see a couple faces amongst the crowd that we love. Our good friend Tyler married Briana + Dane and Michael, the guy behind Man About Town, was the DJ...who happened to also be one of our grooms this summer! So fun.

And I know he won't read this but I need to give a big shout out to the farmer who let us take some photos on his property. I guess being a farm girl has its perks...farmers love me :)
